Position Title: Clubhouse Worker
Division: Mental Health Services
Program Name: Center Club
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 with some evening availability, occasional holidays and weekend hours
Responsibilities: Provide job coaching services for members involved in all types of employment. Provide supportive and crisis counseling. Facilitate social activities, discussion groups, and outings. Provide outreach services to club members. Drive agency van.
Qualifications: Bachelorís degree, and preferably at least one yearís experience working with adults with psychiatric disabilities. Ability to relate to individuals who possess a wide range of abilities and skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong team player. Ability to juggle multiple priorities, and good judgment. Computer Skills. Ability to satisfactorily complete a writing sample. English/Spanish bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Our community-based mental health programs include Emergency Services for individuals in crisis, Outpatient Clinics, Day Treatment, Clubhouse, PACT and a full spectrum of Residential Programs.
