Clinical Administrator Opportunity|
Job Location: Minneapolis,MN
Responsible for providing administrative support to the following programs: Co-Occurring Disorders groups, Rule 25 Assessments, COD Skills group, Mental Health Individuals, Trauma groups, DBT groups, Relationship Violence Intervention Program groups, Medication Management program. This involves creating, maintaining and providing access to the client charts. Assist Clinical Nurse Specialist by creating and maintaining client medication charts. Obtain pharmacy medication refill requests, prior authorization requests, and respond to these requests on CNS behalf, when applicable. Provide support, answer questions and assist in scheduling clients using our Medication Management Program. Process the credentialing and re-credentialing requirements for fully licensed mental health therapists and Medicare for the agency. Assist in credentialing needs of MH and CH programs on an as needed basis. Participate as a member of the front desk team.
Assure appropriate clinical services are available to individuals seeking support and contribute to the Clinical Division’s outcomes and the mission of the agency.
• B.A. in social service field
• 1-2 years experience working in the social service field.
• Detailed orientated and highly organized.
• Ability to multi-task and manage individuals in crisis.
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
• 1-2 years experience managing medical records
• Experience in working with victims of domestic abuse or individuals with mental or chemical health issues
